generally everything was absolutely fine. comfortable beds, a safe, an iron and a work desk in the room. we had an exceptional service, relatively cheap breakfast. its location was central, within walking distance of plaza hidalgo.

Clean hotel, loved to be near to Zocalo and Mexico City thanks to simple location. Great service, though a few employees were not particularly helpful. The rooms were functional and brand-new, no complaints. Plenty of food items served for cheap breakfast. The easy check-in. Not to mention free wifi!

Brilliant location, exceptionally comfortable bed, tiled bathroom. Impeccable room, perfect view. Tidy place and excellant service. I liked the lunch in Cantina Nuevo Leon a short walk to the hotel.

I have just returned from a nice stay in this vip hotel, fully renovated rooms. Lots of supplies in the room : TV with cable channels, climate control and terrace.

Comfy beds, roof top bar was cosy. Food was fab and fabulous. I got free upgrade and liked it. Employees were kind and kept the hotel spotlessly clean. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. The service was personalised, I had 5 good nights here.

I loved perfect staff and location. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. It was located in a tourist area. Quick check-in. Actually everything was new, you're dope!

Room was very clean, location was excellent, breakfast was good. Worth its 3 stars.

We really loved nice location and stuff. Zocalo subway station is within easy walking distance of the hotel. Climate control, flat-screen TV and a writing desk in our king room where realy useful during our stay.

Beds were very firm.

Welcome base for a trip in Mexico City! Cantina nuevo leon is located within 1000 feet from the hotel. We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose roble. Honestly no reason to complain.
